Dude has lost his mind! He wants money (Which was more than obvious! Duh! And he wants the kids? Is he frikken crazy? The money? Give him the money and shut him up! The kids? Ooooh heck naw! Granted the kids are his as well, but custody? Who's the bread winner here? In the big scheme of things, I know you all couldn't care less. But since it's in the news? Let's talk about it. as for the money: he needs to get a job (cuz its obvious he isnt gonna go far with the rapping scene), they signed a prenup (or so I heard) so I dont think he should get any
as for the kids: no judge in his/her right state of mind should/would grant him custody of 2 kids when all he's been portrayed as is a party goer, besides, he's got 2 more kids with Shar Jackson & he's never been seen spending time with them (only when he was with britney, & it was britney spending time with them)

LOL..yes...Her lawyer can and should bring up the fact he was with another woman (Shar Jackson) who was pregnant with his second child when he met Britney Spears. He abandoned the mother of his first two children before the second child was even born. I believe that makes him an unfit parent not to mention hes very base, almost sub human. I'm pretty sure her mother made sure her money was protected so I'm thinking he's lucky if he ends up with the clothes on his back and a modest settlement.

Obviously no sane judge on this planet would give that man custody of those kids. All you have to do is read a paper to see that he makes about 1/100th of her, hes a druggie and practically a hobo. He really doesnt deserve anything from her - I mean she married him and apparently still couldnt remain faithful - is he crazy?

You know, i have never listened to her music before. Now they are saying that she is gonna put out a new album soon... and i am actually interested in hearing it just so i can hear her bash him. I can't believe what a mooch he is. He used her from the get-go. He had it all planned (not the divorce thing) but, he wanted stardom. I woulda seen right through him. I feel bad for her. I hope she makes a HUGE comeback and he falls on his azz.

He is a looser pure and simple. We all knew it from the moment Brit got with him. All he was out for was money.
The reason he wants the kids is b/c it would mean more money. AKA child support. Brit would pay out her *** for thise kids child support.
He has no right to those kids. He is almost never photographed with them. Look at his two with his ex. He never sees them. The only reason he wants these two is b/c he wants more moola.
Brit is best just to kick him to the curb and stomp on him!

I agree he is a dead beat dad any way always too busy spending her money instead of being with his kids...i have never been happier that she finally got up enough courage to leave his using,abusing cheating ***! And omg he will never get custody of those kids he is out of his mind!
