I did salary once & ended up working 20 hours per day, 7 days per week for about 6 months. In the end it figured out to about $2.00 per hour. I'll never go salaried again. It's hourly for me, all the way with time and a half, double time, and on call pay.

I'm on a salary. I have not had the pleasure of getting paid hourly.

salary if the job is easy & u wont be foreced to work outrageous hours. don't want to get paid the same for doing insane amount of work.
if these are possibilites then hourly is way better... overtime is a BIG plus too.

Neither. I prefer getting paid to do nothing. Although I do get paid hourly at the moment, I would prefer to just get paid to eat Cheerios and watch cartoons all day in my jammies. And Montel. That would be a perfect world, huh?

HOURLY IS THE BEST PAY BY FAR. I HAVE WORKED SALARY AND THE COMPANY HAS YOU WORK SO MANY EXTRA HOURS AND NO OVERTIME.
MY HUSBAND WORKS ALL HOURS AS A TEACHER EVEN WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT.
