go to microsoft.com and download these both windows defender and windows live onecare another good 1 is system mechanic but it's not on microsoft

You can go to http://www.download.com, do a search for Spyware, then filter out ones that you have to pay for...but generally, programs to avoid spyware, viruses etc...only have a trial period then you have to buy it
