I have been rewarded for something I thought then I didn't deserve. And I was heartily grateful to the person.
But latter on, I got to realize that I did deserve it. In fact, I was even cheated. Can you imagine!
After reflecting much on the incident, I reached the conclusion that happiness and satisfaction are a state of the mind and the product of our perception of the reality

yeah, all the time when Iwas a kid. (my parents had money to do that)
But recently, I graduated from basic training and everyone made SUCH a HUGE deal out of it. My parents bought me an Air Force ring that was over $100.00 and all sorts of stuff. I thought that it wasn't really deserved because it was so easy for me and I had fun. I did graduae the best out of my flight and was better than a majority of the guys on my brother flight too, but whatever. :)

Yes....each time my boss drops by about every month she tells me what a success I am here on my own at this office.
How inspired my participants are in my program...She rewards me with praise that I don't deserve as all the people referred to me are still so unwell....so I tell her this and she gets out a spread sheet and shows me progress on paper....ah well....
