None... I already act really goofy.

You kidding? I use at least 3 times what the recommended amount is.

1. About 2 or 3. One time i drank like 8 cups when i was helping more some boxes and stuff and i sorta freaked people out with my energy from all the sugar.
2. Yes i make instant and i do use more then the recomended because there's no flavor unless i put one and a third of a package. Egg nog is GREAT in hot chocolate aswell ^_^

1. Well I try to limit it to 2 only because it makes me full. Won't be able to enjoy the rum with so much hot chocolate now would I
2. I switch it up. Normally just put the one packet in, but sometimes you need more of the chocolate goodness!

It never makes me goofy, just warm & fuzzy. I use the recommended amount. I wonder what the heck is in hot chocolate that a vegan wouldn't drink it, Doesn't cocoa come from a plant ... hmmmm, will have to ask my vegan co-worker.

1. Only one...makes me goofy right away!
2. More powder, plus powdered creamer for a more milky taste, and sometimes more sweetener. I liked the chocolate they used to make us at Sunday School that was mostly milk & sweetener, I guess!

2)I use two packs per cup. I like it chocolety !!

Hahahaha!! I can drink 8 cups of esspresso and not feel a thing! Hot Chocolate is no match for me!!!
WAY more, I also use milk! I don't EVER use water.

HAY how do you get those little hearts? Anyway I prefer one package Swiss Miss milk chocolate with MARSHMALLOWS!! I think it would take me 4 before the sugar high hit its full effect!
