I just met her 2 years ago and only this year she was first in my class
we are not that close yet but her birhtday is next week at her mansion. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!?!

you could get friendship necklaces for you both to wear. or any other kind of jewelry, purses, purfume, shoes, does she play ps2 games or someother games(if so you could buy her a game). Make her something that is special, a card or a orange blanket with sports on it something like that. ( that would be something with a lot of meaning when you make it yourself)

Get her a nice orange sports top or sweat her. A well written card telling her how much you care about her and lots of hugs. It isn't about the price of the gift or about the size of it. It's all about the thought that counts.

really depends on how much you want to spend.
the best way to go would be a gift card from a store she likes, say like a sports store.
she seems like the athletic/tomboy kinda girl so i think a gift card for a sports store/or any store she loves would be great.
