Upon applying online for employment a survey was attached. This survey where of 30+ questions in regards to my character and habits. When completed, what can this survey tell about me? If offered the positition, Can I request info or ask to see my results?

if the survey left some contact info, send an email to them and ask to see your results, or give the company a call

no, you have no right to internal information. The results are about your personality to see if you will fit in. Relax. If offered the job and you want it, take it. If Not offered keep looking. No one will ever tell you why you were not offered a job.
