it is the first time i want to keep a job. but working on a contract does not promise you , you will have a job next year. so should i continue searching for a better job to work even less for more money and w/o a contract, or should i stay to this job i really like?

stick to the job you REALLY LIKE.
if you are excited every morning to go to work, then thats it. it is your kind of job.

1 make sure you stick to this job, see what has to be done to make this job permanent
2 if not, then parallelly search for jobs of similar field/interest to work after your one year term period ends.
3 since you are on a contract, try earning extra money from other sources. not working for other companies, coz i guess it will be against the rules. but things like working from home, earning from blogs, etc. It is better to have secondary and tertiary sources of income in your case, because even if there is a gap between your current contract job and ur next job, you can afford to wait.
