Hicom lorry 4.3D (24 V)
i try to change 4 alternator and 6 battery but oso over charging
muc 1 battery over charging and 1 battery weak
why?can any one tell me ?!

i own a repar shop,and not any people are familiar with what your working on ,it may have a bad regualtor on it or a very bad connecion for the weak battery this will not allow it to charge both battrys at the right rate,if you,ll check all the connections id say you,ll find it,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.

from what i can guess, you have 4 6v batteries running is
series, pos. on one to neg. on other than pos on one to neg on
the other exc. until you end up with 24 volts. What is often overlooked is the ground. people assume that the alt is grounded
through the motor becouse it is bolted to the motor, but forget that the motor is bolted to the frame in rubber motor mounts. ground the block to the frame which i can assume the last of your
batteries in series is using for ground,and go from there

verify the purple twine from the Alternator for the Fusable link being undesirable, additionally Grounds at Starter to block, Alternator to block & Block Strap to Firewall. Are your belts and Tensioner stable?
