Sprinkle baking soda in there and leave it for a few days. It should soak up the smell.

I'd try scrubbing it with baking soda and water, then rinsing. Then put a dish of vanilla extract in the cabinet. I've heard that that trick works for even removing cigarette odors from used cars when it's put under the seat for a few days.

Try rubbing a mixture of baking soda and water into the wood. The smell will probably be really hard to get out as it sounds like it may have soaked into the wood. Baking soda always works the best for me to get urine smells out of things. Good luck.

I have read that charcoal removes odors much better than baking soda. I'm not sure exactly how you should go about it or how it works but it's a thought you might be able to research.
