Not unless you start bleeding. When I found out I was pregnant I swore up and down the test was wrong because I felt like my period was going to start. I cramped right up until my ninth week, I'm now 11 weeks and things look fine. It's normal to feel this way, if you start running fever, have severe pain or begin bleeding call your doctor or go to the emergency room right away. Otherwise, sit back and relax, this is only the beginning of the aches and pains on the journey to motherhood.

I swore up and down that i was going to be starting my period lol Instead i had a boy

Yes, I don't want to scare you but every rare bleeding or ache in the first weeks of pregnancy is dangerous. Don't wait for your appointment with your doctor. Go right now.

Cramping is very normal. Don't worry unless there is bleeding involved or the pain is severe. Congrats!

women get very strong feelings when they are pregnant, some can have morning sickness all the way through pregnancy. i would go see a doctor to be on the safe side, and definitely if you have any bleeding.
