Jeff Gordon he has the pole and never has won at Phoenix and he has nothing to really lose since he is out of the Championship race.

As far as I can see no one said Keven Harvick! He won in the spring, and I think that it's likley he could win them both.
His teammate Clint Bowyer also has a good chance I think, his team seems to be doing well (though they've been somewhat unlucky), and he finished well in the spring.
For my pick though I'm gonna go with the underdog and say Bobby Labonte. He finished well in the spring (8th) and his team has really been doing great these past few weeks.
