I had a fifth grade teacher who, for whatever reason, hated me. No matter what happened, I got punished for it. Someone was talking. I had to stay after school and write lines. I squatted down to tie my shoe, I was disruptive. I didn't raise my hand to answer a question, I was uncooperative. I learned to despise that woman. And years later, I got the chance to confront her about it. Come to find out, I reminded her of a cousin who used to beat her up when they were kids. Go figure.

yes, I remember once when I was young - I had 6 brothers and sisters - I was blamed for something I didn't do. I don't remember what it was (a really really long time ago) so I suppose that's a good thing because it's no use dwelling on it.
We had a large family - it was easy to get everyone and every event confused. My mother was the diplomatic one most of the time, unless she was stressed. My dad was slow to anger, but always formulated quick opinions on the issue - so swifter with meting out punishments.

My father had a rule about his sons' arguments. When the noise level reached his cutoff, he came in and busted all of us.
When I was in the military, the whole unit was punished several times for the actions of one or two troops. This is a very effective means of developing peer pressure to promote certain behaviors. Some examples are keeping your weapon clean and ready, responding instantly to "take cover" commands and always watching out for each other.

i got a swat in school (4th grade)for breaking the no talking rule. I asked the person sitting next to me to borrow a pencil during test time. I only had one pencil and the lead broke. I felt the punishment was unnecessary and i was mad at my teacher a long time after for it

yeah i got in trouble for part of a prank that i was a part in but i got in trouble for a part of the prank that i didn't do.

my senior prank was to sell all of the teachers cars at my high school on the internet without the teacher knowing. i took picture of all the teachers cars in the teacher parking lot. somebody else put all the cars info with pics on autotrader.com. we got all the teacher personal info from a student who was an office aid. we had people calling all of the teachers at our school trying to buy their cars over the internet. eventually it all got figured out. they found all their cars on the same website. they contacted the website and took all their cars off the website found the IP address of the computer that put them on there( a library comp. from our school). then they went to work within our school finding out who it was that put the cars on there. well there were about 5 of us that were incahoots. me and some other fellows that palled around. well we used the one computer all day in our library because of the picture editing software. my buddy stan got in trouble for taking the pictures because they saw on of his shoes in the picture(expensive NIKEs that only he had at my school). he didn't give anybody up. so he got suspended for the day. they used the film from the cameras in our library to see who used that computer that day. of course they saw me on there uploading the photos from my camera so i went down for being the one who put the cars on the internet. they kept watching the film and saw the other 3 guys that came in during different periods of the day to put the cars up on the websitte. all the guys that got caught on the library got suspended to the board for tampering with school computers, conspiracy to defame teachers, and skipping class.

it was bullcrap i got suspended to the board when i should've just been suspended for the day

we were sent to an alternative school for a month. it was worth it.

I have been falsely accused of lying, of stealing, of cheating and of harassment. Of course, I have gotten away with lying, speeding, cheating, stealing, littering, and jaywalking...
