I frequently urinate these days (precisely 3 months now). And hardly pass excretion, even when i try to force it out especially in the morning, it doesnt just come out, and I do take a lot of juice to no avail.

Sounds like a Urinary Track infection....go to your local pharmacy and grab AZB Tablets or another product that says "For Urinary infections"

Start drinking only pure water....some occasional pure cranberry juice (unsweetened)...I have struggled with this same condition, it is just soooo frustrating...went to the doctor, but didn't get much help...I finally figured out that my system was highly acidic and my spine being impinged...especially in the middle just below my waist...I give up my water bed that I had slept on for 25 plus years....went to a memory foam that gives me more support in my middle back...also, because my system was very acidic, changed my eating to eating more alcoline foods (you can look info up on line), seems to have made a huge difference. I do know, my kidneys will only tolerate water....and organic chamomile tea....that is it....The last thing is and it might be a coincidence, but I needed help with my thyroid. Just keep in mind....If you eat lots of sugars, it turns to yeast, which in turn feeds funguses in your system....You really need to cut sugars out. Anyhow, I am doing much better today....but it was really bad at one time....exactly how you discribed. I am talking about peeing, not pooping. But if you are not pooping, that has been my problem also...I take whole aloe daily....very helpful...and having my thyroid dealt with was helpful in this aspect too. (low thyroid causes constipation)

You can buy an over the counter pill called Metamucil - it helps balance out your fiber, and you should pass excretion once a day with it.

i had the same problem. went to the doc and found out that i am a diabetic. Juice is not helping you are not eating right and not taking in the correct amount of water.

It happens to me occasionally. Usually from excess eating of cheese. I take a couple Dulcolax and I'm back to normal pooping schedule in 2 days.
