condensation is caused when the water vapour in the warm air condenses on a cold surface. i can suggest 3 potential solutions:
1. a small heater in the conservatory should reduce the problem by keeping the roof above dew point.
2. you could keep the conservatory windows cracked open to allow the air temperature in the conservatory to remain the same as the outside air, this will result in a cold conservatory though, not good for delicate plants.
3. use a portable dehumidifier to reduce the water vapour in the air, thus reducing the condensation.

The simple answer is to fit a fan with an integral Humidistat.
When the moisture level goes up the fan switches on until the moisture level reduces, then switches off.

Lack of ventilation, get a vent put into the glass, or leave a window slightly open. Any plants in there, put a few in, they help.

bowl of water under the fire/ heater / radiator
i lave a plastic bottle filled with water in my bedroom. my windows used to b full of condensation in a morning. the bottle seems to "collect" the water.

try more ventilation at night ,i think if u put a bowl of water under heater it will get worse
