Where should I go in Colorado or Utah for a ski resort with a nice town and evening activities ?

Hands down-Park City, Utah wins. This is a quaint old mining town. Though they no longer mine there. The old main street offers shopping, nightclubs not to mention the wonderful scenery. Many ski resorts are located around this small town. Here in Utah we celebrate the Sundance film festival as well as Oktoberfest in Park City. The area around the town was built up for the 2003 Olympics and there is also b bobsled run there. Hope this helps.
