I have been at my job for 12 years and the last 5 years have been just horrible. My bosses are Male Chauvinist PIGS, they have no communication skills. The only skill they have is talking about everyone and yelling and throwing things! They also have more respect for the Employees who kiss a** and have only been with them a short time.

My Daughter had the same problem, She Quit went to the unemployment office,got unemployment,although She should have Sued them!!! she was in warrentys in a Axel Co.
Her boss screamed an threw things?? one day he screamed
"If you all dont F***** like IT you all can hit theF******* door??
an she did.. now she is getting Paid while looking for a good job.

Many years ago I had a job like yours. I refused to kiss his ##, so I got fired after six months. When I went to the unemployment office they told me that I should have reported him to labor board. No one should have to kiss ## for a salary. I wanted to just walk out, but I had a small son to support. They also stated that if you walk out on the day that the the action/abuse happens, you are not penaize for quitting.
I never put that job on my resume.

I would get another job that I liked or try for a government grant to go to school and find another field of work that you will enjoy. Life is too short to not enjoy your work no matter what the cost.

Well, why stay there? Have you thought of working for yourself and get involved in a home-based business? your boss is so lucky if i had been there i would also have done this.because you dont have any opt, you have been working there & you will be working.
