Im and my mom are looking for seasonal job ; and on one of the oneline aplication it saids its looking for "sales associates" , and on the other it saids " seasonal associates" are these jobs for someone with a GED or are they like mangaer type jobs ?


Why cant they just put looking for extra help ?

It's a new word for what used to be called "clerks".

someone who works in a store. It's not a manager position, if it were, it would say "manager position". Seasonal sales associates only have a job for a season of sales for that store. For instance, to have a seasonal sales associate position in Victoria's Secret, you would only work during their semiannual sale. It's in June thru July, I am not sure now and December thru January or February. After that you'll be fired.
