You need to ask yourself several questions:
-Are your kids trust worthy?
-Are they legally old enough to be left alone?
-Is there someone close by that can help if there's a serious problem?
-Do you really NEED the extra money?
-How long would you be away from home at any given time?
-Could they contact you easily if you were away?

I think it should be ok. teens are making their own life and u have yours. Trust is everything with ur kids. The other parent needs to help also

which is more important in your life? your kids or new job with more money?
just wait till the youngest one is on his/her own legs, or is staying far away from you.
