My girlfriend has been married for two years, two kids 18months and a six week old. Saturday night she called me at 3.18am and 3.39am. I didnt hear the phone ring, next day i called her and the phone would go right into voicemail. Not like her at all. I called Monday left a message, its now thursday and she has not called back. Not like her. She has had problems with her hubby before and he rubs me the wrong way, he looks like a control freak. She has left him before and come to stay with me, so of course he dislikes me coz i protect her, love her like a sister. The question is should i go to her house and check on her? What if its nothing and am being paranoid? Since she got married and moved i dont visit her unannouced.

Why not visit. You can say you wanted to drop by during the day while her husband is at work and say hello. Call her to say that while you are about a block away using your cellphone. If you don't get the phone picked up go to her door and knock on it.

Yes and take a dude with you. And let others know what you are doing in case you guys get in trouble also. Go ASAP! And be careful. Anything can happen!

Your friend's safety is at risk, if her hubby is a control freak.
Make the visit...if anything, all is well and she'd appreciate your concern.

hey sound like u guy's have a great relation that soo sweet...but being a friends u mention she like a sister i will go over....but go during the day just incase the control freak is there......but if u scare just call the cops.......friend are friend that wat friend do for each other look out.....( wish had the same)..good luck...be careful

i would go over there! if it is something then you would regret it for the rest of your life not going over there and checking on her. and if it isn't something then she will know that you care about her and you were worried. if her husband is as bad as you say then she probably needs to talk to someone right now.

go see your friend. hopefully its nothing just busy life interfereing in her returning your call but if you have worries thenfor your own peace of mind go and check on her. it cant hurt. she is lucky to have a warm caring friend like you.

leave a message that you are worried and if she doesn't call you back within a reasonable amount of time you're coming to visit her to make sure all is okay.
