I experience abnormal bleeding. There are several causes for this. You could just be regulating your cycle, you could be pregnant, you could have a cyst or fibroids, or you could have menorrhagia. There are even more options, but the best thing you can do is either call an Ob/Gyn and make an appointment. If you can't get a decent timeframe, you need to go to the emergency room and wait for a doctor there. They should be able to help you no matter what, that's what I had to do.
Please don't wait because I waited and I ended up bleeding too much and having to get a blood transfusion.

have u just had a baby? If not there could be a serious problem here. It sounds like the lining of your ovaries have not yet recovered or it could be just stress that is triggered. Have you been around a different woman lately. our bodies for some reason will change when we get around different woman. or it could be that maybe 2weeks ago was a different month and now you are stressed about something which brough your period on earlier this month.

It could mean you are ovulating (some women bleed during ovulation). If you are on the first three months of an oral contraceptive, it could breakthrough bleeding (and it will stop). If you are prone to heavy, long periods, you could have endometriosis. If you had unprotected sex, it could be implantation bleeding and you might be pregnant. If it happens again and it is none of the above, talk to your doctor.

Did you forget to take your BC? Are you under a lot of stress or did you suffer abdominal injury?
There are many reasons why a period would come early but no one can tell you for sure without knowing your full history. Call your doctor if you're really concerned.
