I mop my floor with a sloution of Bleach, vinegar and water. But this does not seem to whiten it as well?
I want to use something quick...no scrubbing since its for the entire floor.

You should try to first clean off the grout, by scraping off some dirt and collected materials. I generally clean with something sharp so I can get the dirt out, but a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works very well if the lines of grout are thicker. If you do choose to use something sharp, make sure you don't scrape off the grout, just the dirt and buildup! Then use the Clorox Bleach Pen, which works wonders. I've done this for my tiled countertops, and it's a great help, especially if you remove some of the dirt first...it will help the bleach adhere to the grout, and not the buildup. It might take awhile, but the results are worth it!

I clean the grout between the tiles with bleach and then I scrub the grout with a toothbrush.

Are you wanting to whiten the whole floor or just the grout? Not sure what to tell you about the whole floor, but for the grout try the Clorox Bleach Pen Gel. It's always worked great for me!

I work for a tile company...the best way would to be a professional acid wash and after the acid you need to seal the grout so the staining doesn't happen over again.....this process is really not that expensive maybe .65/ft if you have natural stone it would be 1.00/sf - If this isn't an option ...they have a product you can use i am not sure of the name but you would have to pour it on the grout and scrub then go back and seal the tiles with a sealer. Its up to you.......have fun :)

Tile guard comes in a bottle that looks like shoepolish available at lowes and homedepot about $5 -easy way. A liitle more involved would be to regrout but you would need to scrape the grout and pre-treat it. you can buy an epoxy tile grout sealer that will dye and seal in one step. www.aquamix.com/ So there are 3 options for you choose what is best for you Good luck!
