Unfortunately, ovulation is not an exact science. Typically, women get their periods 14 days after ovulation. However, even women who are textbook cases are going to have variations from time to time. My advice? Don't sweat it!

how long is your cycle? Its not difficult math. If your cycle is 28 days and you ovulate on day 19, it doesnt change when your period begins, because its still a 28 day cycle, which is marked by the begining of your period, to the begining of the next.

IT all dependens on the legth of your cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle it would be 14 days if you have a 30 day cycle it will be 15 days.
