If we have conceived it would have been or will be this week - I keep thinking I feel different (I know it's my imagination) but I feel like I am going to explode wanting to know if there's a baby "in there"!!!

Yes I think they do. I am trying to conceive right now and I am very restless. There is nothing I can do right now because my ovulation day was just Monday so obviously it is too early to know right now. I am just trying to be patient and wait until my period is supposed to come which is another week and a half. Its pretty hard. Good luck to both of us.

Im TTC right now and although I am not going crazy I cant stop thinking about that I could be. But Im also not looking at every little twinge or could be symptom and feeding off of that.
This is my first cycle after going off of the pill and I did conceive my last child the first cycle after going off the pill so Im really hoping that it will be the same this time. Im not due for my period for about another week but being that it has been YEARS since having a period that wasnt during the use of the pill Im not sure what to expect or if it will come at the same times as it did while on the pill.
I want to be pregnant and hope to be pregnant but I try very hard not to drive myself crazy waiting to see......

yes every women does they go through all the ups and downs and they have lots of things to go through and their emotions will change especially about wanting tohave it or not it's just one big roller coaster
