I may be a little biased, but I thought my husband was extremely romantic in the way he proposed!!
First he threw the element of surprise in which made it even more perfect!
We were supposed to go to dinner a few nights before christmas and instead he drove to a local airport where he had paid for a helicopter ride over our city! It was so perfect, he had a dozen roses in my seat, we flew all over the capital to see all of the christmas lights and then before it was over he proposed!! It was so perfect and as we went in to land, the pilot asked for the lights at the airport to be turned way up!! It was amazing and it literally took my breath away and I had no idea! Which of course made it even better!
Good luck!

I dont know if it is the most romantic but this is how I was going to propose before my gf cheated!! (Yes its a bad story lets move on)
So she is from a large family so I thought it would be great to include them all in it. Since she is close to them all, so what my idea was going to setup family members all over the city in a sort of scavenger hunt. I would start by getting her sister to tell her that she need to meet her somewhere for an emergency. Then I would have her sister wait there with a rose and say some wonderful stuff and then leave a clue as to the next location this owuld go on for a bit but it would eventually lead to me where she would then be asked to put a blindfold on and listen to a song and then when the song is over she would take the blindfold off and open her eyes and the first thing she would see would be me on bend and knee with her ring.....hopefully tears would occur and then the YES!!! and We live happily ever after.....what do u think??

It should be personal, and reflect her sense of romance.
But here are some good examples:
Slip the ring on her finger while she's sleeping, then when she asks about it get down on one knee.
Arrange something with Disneyworld (they actually help with these kinda things, sometimes). afterall, it is the happiest place on Earth.
Most people go to the place they had their first date.
Take A trip and propose someplace exotic: The top of the eiffel tower for example (still a tad cliche and cheesy)
Make a movie of yourself proposing a get it played on TV or before the previews at the movies. So your all casually sitting next to her with the ring as the televised you proposes on the big screen. A Movie theatre would love the publicity.
I hope she say yes, dude!

The most romantic proposal is one from the heart. The where, when and how are secondary. You know yourself and her best. Tailor it to be special for the 2 of you. Trust me, she'll never forget it. MY hubby proposed while we were sitting on the couch watching ESPN. There wasn't any rhyme or reason for the time or the place. Just another ordinary night and he brought the ring out and asked.

The typical marraige proposal is take her out to dinner at a fancy restaurant and pop the question. That is always good, but a little cliche and doesn't show any imagination. If your sure that she is going to say yes its sweet to do it at a family event (BBQ, Holiday Party, Etc). This way her family gets to share the special moment with her.
Ps: If your not sure she'll say yes, then its not wise to do it in front of the family because you'll be putting her on the spot. Not to mention the embarrassment you'll get.

My fiance bought me an eye fixed for Christmas - i replaced into donning it for variety of three hours in the previous he instructed me he's been waiting for me to seem on the returned of it (why might each physique seem on the returned of an eye fixed?). I appeared, and he had "will you marry me" engraved on the returned. Then I appeared up and he replaced into protecting a hoop. It replaced into somewhat advantageous because of the fact i'm no longer possibly into the entire soppy romantic 'sitting via the hearth/on a mountain/interior the bathtub' factor, and that i've got have been given something that i'm able to consistently seem at to bear in mind the 2d. you will possibly have a advantageous bracelet or something engraved.

I was sitting on my back porch watching the sun set and I saw this man riding a white horse up the road wearing ARMOR of all things! He came up to me. got off, got on one knee and opened a velvet box with a ring in it and asked me to marry him. I was so impressed I said yes. My knight in shining armor actually came! This is not a lie. It really happened that way. I've been married to him ever since.

Well, first off it should be a suprise (duh).
You have to be smooth, dont just come out and say it.
Dont get on your knees...i think this is played out.
Have a ring (you'd think this is a given, but some guys actually have the nerve)
just some tips, sorry i dont have a real scenario! good luck and pre congrats!
