What do you think of the control freaks on 360 that dictate to their friends who they can be friends with? Is this a reasonable practice and it it acceptable to you?

no its not reasonable or even acceptable practice.
but control freaks can only be that if another person allows them to do that.

That is wrong. They sound like bullies and that is not acceptable. They must not have enough control in their real lives so they must control the lives they live on 360.
