you should advertise online.
sites like rent.com and mynewplace.com dont charge you until you get a signed lease. its totally worth it. my friend did it once.

in addition to newspaper advertising, you can list your condo for rent for free at www.fwaac.com. FWAAC (or Four Walls And A Ceiling) allows you to create a listing, post a picture, and be contacted by interested persons directly.

The weekend paper goes to a lot more people so that would be your best chance to get it rented.
