PMT is Pre Menstrual Tension, not Pre Marriage Tension. I'm not getting married at 19!!! I pray that was a joke!

Not sure, usually when I got Pre Marriage Tension (PMT) I would end up drinking more and that would make me more violent too.
It 's normal I think to get the pre-marriage worries. Just don't let it ruin your wedding day!

You need to book an appointment with your GP. In the meantime, start taking supplements specifically made for PMT (you can get them in any grocery store or health shop),and try to have some time out to yourself to help you relax. Best of luck to you.

Sometimes when people get angry they lash out and hurt the ones they love around them without thinking, its just a natural reaction some people have,if you were to take one step back and put yourself in their place, would you put up with that?, Communication is the key to working things out when we come across difficult times in our lives. Ask your self this, if everyone was more caring and considerate to one another the world would be a better place.

I too have been having anger issues, but it's not just during that time. Is it possible that you are depressed? Anger often goes along with depression. Call your regular doctor to talk to him/her about what you're experiencing. They'll tell you your best plan of action.

Try taking deep breathes and going on your own. I am sure if you talk to your loved ones about it, they will understand to give you a wide berth. If you feel its getting serious, talk to the professionals, i.e GP, online help etc. And well done you! for trying to get help..

You need help. If you can't control your anger (no impulse control) then you need to get counseling. Before you do hurt someone.

Are you on contraceptive pills? If yes, get off them. I had the same problem.
