I would like to know how many of each race of people (from Jews to Africans to Europeans to Asians and everyone) have been enslaved throughout history or as close and comprehensive as anyone can get.

every single ethnic group was enslaved at one time or another. Some cultures used slaves to work, others to fight for them (the mamelouks and Janissaries in Islam). Then there were also serfs, who were "land bound"- i.e. forced to live on a property and sold together with the land.
Plenty of slaves, even today. A healthy muslim black costs 200 $ on the (legal) slave market in Chartoum, Sudan

You do know slavery is old don't you.
so let's for a start look at Greece.
In ancient Greece the reckoned amount was that 22% of the population were classed as slaves. another 10% were freed slaves and the rest were made up of people that were born in what ever city state.
In fact every ethnic group has had slaves. Africans had other Africans as slaves 'read Mungo Parks 'Journey to the Interior of Africa.' for back up on that.
I read in a book once that 13% of the worlds population that have lived up to now had been slaves.

every race was at one time enslaved...the romans enslaved the people they conqured, the Egyptians enslaved the Jews, Americans enslaved Africans (not just one nationality but many), Russians enslaved their own people, the Spanish enslaved the natives of America (aztecs, Inca, Maya)...the list is endless

Buddy that's a difficult answer because at one time or another every ethnicity or culture has been enslaved. Depending how far back you want to go.

I feel your passion but I really think you will have to pay a statistical body for that info., long after it is offensive to any of the major "powers that be". A comprehensive / all encompassing definition of the word slavery would also be a good first step.
