I've just bought a 'T-Mobile' Motorola v360 'Pay as you go phone'.
I'm really happy with it but I do find the manual hard going.
Does anyone know what number I have to phone to find out how much credit I have left on my phone?
Also which size memory card does it take?

Dial 150 then press the call button. You cannot get a text message telling you your credit with T-Mobile so you must (unfortunately) listen to the voice that tells you your credit, price plan and gives you many other options, such as top-up.

hi there t-mobiler, i have a payg t-mobile just press in 150, u will here your balence and a selection of options, eg, top up with voucher,debit card etc and other services if u have a problem hang on to be connected to an operator who will help o the call is free. good luck

Ah just trying to be help full, I used to have T-Mobile if I am correct that you hav to phone 150. Sorry if it's wrong

i recently had to call T mobile on 150 and its a call centre but the lady spoke good English

(si lo fanno ma)...Si è possibile trasferire il tuo credito dal vecchio numero telefonico che nn usi più advert uno nuovo,lo sò con certezza perche lo fatto pure io da una vecchia simcard che nn usavo piu advert un altra nuova,sempre per la tin (casa telefonica)e non pachi l'operazione. Solo che ci impiegano una vita... Io lò richiesto qusta primavera a febbraio ...E adesso siamo a ottobre e non ho ancora visto un euro.
