Adjust the download rate and upload rate so it uses less of the bandwidth and only use sites that are simple while you are doing it

Just decrease the upload and download speed in the same.. the bittorrent client is using up all your bandwidth

Legitimate bit torrents like those for big game updates can be fixed by changing the torrent Port.

ISPs have gotten wise to bit torrents and have limited access to certain ports on their networks. By changing to something less used like high port numbers this limitation is bypassed. The ISP cannot limit all ports because some programs use those port legitimately.

go into the options and change your port for starters then limit the number of uploads and downloads allowed. Then finally change the total upload and download amounts.

Bittorrent and Bitcomet are not illegal programs, its what you download!!!
