First off Find a church in your area that holds Christmas morning Services. Then Pray about the Day and have family Devotions for Christmas.
Volunteer with your family and friends at a homeless shelter or soup kitchen.
There is many things you can do on Christmas Day but the first stuff I listed is the most important.

If you have kids old enough to do some work or if you have no kids, then do some community service. Work at a soup kitchen or hand out gifts to poor children... whatever.
If you have young kids who want to enjoy the holidays, then have a family get-together and give them gifts and have a big family dinner.

eat drink be merry.
sit there with the rum in the eggnog and watch others open presents you got them through out the year.
if not... help others... there's many working that day... or helps those who are trying to help others... they need it bad... alot has to be done and doing on xmas day also!
visit friends... relatives..
if you got some unfinished business... or something you wish to seal... (like something you did or said to someone or ...? and have been raking yourself over the coals for it since...) the situation with them.. just drop by and make sure you bring something edible.. drinkable... and maybe a 'i'm sorry (or something)' present .... and talk it over...
things like that...
if there's snow that day..and you know some folks who can't do things for themselves... clean up their walkways and driveways.. without asking... if they catch you just be jolly and say... i'm cleaning the way for a wonderful tomorrow!
act fruity about it, they'll just shake their heads and go back inside.. no harm done..
maybe if there's something you've put off so long so that someone got mad at ya about it or is frustrated.. do it that day.. if they catch you.. say "merry xmas!"
or relax....
you can do a number of things... xmas is a good time to catch up on stuff.. repair things like inanimate objects, chores.... the house or relationships....
visit someone you've put off visiting for some reason....
cook a meal for someone... spend time with them...
visit the hospital.... cheer up folks that way.
so on.
visit the soup kitchen.. see if they need an extra hand for a couple of hours.... or go do that caroling / canned food thing... where you sing a song and ask the homedwellers you're visiting and carolling to... see if they can't drop some canned goods into the baggie....
things like that.

run downstairs, rip open all of the gifts (even the ones that aren't yours) play with them, and the try to re-wrap them before anyone wakes up. If you get caught, turn your head to the person, give the "deer in the headlights" look and say "it wasn't me"
