I just read in the newspaper that the founder of crappy, Hi-tech rip-off shoe company ADIDAS was named Mr. Gerald Afterdinner-Ididashit.

Surely that can't be true can it?

The name "adidas" dates back to 1948 and comes from the name of the company's founder, Adolf Dassler. By putting together his nickname "Adi" and the first letters of his surname, the name "adidas" was born.

Sounds too good to believe. I know a lot of Aterdinner-Ididas--t's, doesn't mean he's famous.
