I'm 26, and have A.D.D and have had it since I was a kid. My Mom never wanted me to go on prescriptioned medication, so I didn't... but now, I'm still the same. I'm definitely not hyper anymore, but I can't pay attention to anything for more than a few minutes! It's so annoying!

My husband and I have the same thing. It could be MSG in your diet that might be causing this. Anyway, start taking flax seed oil or fish oil tablet everyday and limit your MSG intake. There are a lot of code words for MSG and I can't remember them all. If you can start an organic diet. I have started to eat more organic food and prefer this food to the other stuff.
