Download a file from this website, open it with Azeurus, it will start downloading, and then go to options or prefs and mess around with those for some tweaking. This client has A LOT of options, most of them are absolutely unnecessary, I think. A very light .torrent client that I like best is uTorrent. Very small and fast. You can download it from here:

The most important thing after having found a torrent file (it s just a link to the file you are looking for)
is to be sure that you have open your firewall on the TCP port your client (azureus or utorrent) is open
(the default is 4662 but I recommend to use another one higher, because some ISP filter the default BT port)...
If you use utorrent there is an easy way to check if your port is open via the wizard...

i think ou download a torrent( from different sites like torrentspy)
then add the torrent to azureus
then start downloading
I have azureus but i didnt use it yet because i have some problems with the connection that i dont have time to solve.

Download a .torrent file. Click and drag into the Azereus window. Simple as that.
