neutral pH would be 7. it is the pH of pure water under the standard conditions. as you would be knowing that the pH scale sprawns from 0 to 14. on the lower side it would be the acidic substances while on the higher side it would be the basic substances. the mid point of this scale would indicate neutrality or something which is niether acidic or basic in any manner. such a point would be called neutral pH i.e. pH of 7

You mean the pH scale for measuring the acidity of a solution in terms of activity of hydrogen ions? If this is what you want to know, the neutral point is pH = 7.

In the following link, you'll find a scale with comparison of the pH of many substances.

Hope I've helped somehow.

it is 7, acids having a ph of lesser than 7and bases having a ph more than 7. The scale ranges from 1 to 14. and remember, ph changes with temperature.

7 is neutral (pure water) anything less than 7 is an acid and anything with a pH higher than 7 is a base

It is usally reported as 7, although technically it is 6.998 ± 0.001. This is because pH is based on the log of the concentration of H+ ions, which in a neutral solution is rounded to 1 x 10^-14 when in reality it has a value of (1.011 ± 0.005) × 10-14.
