What do you do when someone makes you mad?

Do you tell them exactly what they did?
Or do you not say anything and wait for them to figure it out?

Usually when someone makes me mad, its the time and place that isnt appropriate to confront, so I walk away, and then come back when its just the 2 of us..

I sit them down and immediately rip them a new one. Nothing will get resolved by beating around the bush. Beating a little ***, now that just may get things done.

Yes I tell them what they did and how I feel. It's better to get things in the open.

Hmm...just talk to them and express your feelings. But wait until you have calmed down or else you will be very irrational and say things that you may regret saying. : )

Hold it in and form an ulcer. I have a hard time confronting people. I'm more likely to complain to the other people around me. Sad, isn't it?

I fly off the handle...totally. people think I'm insane. Yes I definatley let them know exactly why the pissed me off.Sometimes someone may get their @ss beat too.
