Horse poop. It has nutrients and beneficial bacteria. After that I prefer organics like bone meal and dried blood, as they will enrich the soil without burning it or killing earthworms. For short term growth of heavy feeders like roses and vegetables I use monthly applications of chemical fertilizers as they break down faster than the organics, and this is what you need for short season crops/flowers.
