I am 7 months pregnant and i had a dream a few nights ago, that the baby's foot came out-early; but that was all that came out.
I am so curious if this means something.

If this is your first baby then you're obviously just nervous, which is very normal. You might be anxious about going into labour early and if you go for your regular visits to the OB/GYN and keep from exerting yourself ,then things will run smoothly and baby ought to arrive on schedule. If it is your second child then maybe having your first was stressful but believe me it is much easier the second time. All you need to do now is take your folic acid daily and lots of avocado which will feed baby's tiny brain, and stop worrying about the dreams your having. Good luck and enjoy your baby.
