eat different flavored oat meal.
oat meal WILL make you feel fuller, and of course with the oat meal keep drinking lots and lots of water.
the exercise you WILL get from always walking to the ladies room, will be good for you, and the times it takes will make you forget about eating for that period of time...so by drinking lots and lots of water it is a multifaceted product that you NEED to drink...plus it is good for you and the baby..
also munch on lettuce, does not have many calories but it keeps your mouth busy, just like eat celery, the calories are actually less, because it take more calories to digest celery than the actual calories in celery plus this also keeps your hand and mouth busy...plus with celery you can put peanut butter in ( on ) it, and creamed cheese, and many other type of mashed or softened foods to enhance the flavor of the celery..but drink water..
so there you have it...
good luck
smile
and
God Bless

I know how you feel, I'm 19 weeks now and ALWAYS hungry!!
I find it helps if I eat a big filling breakfast, including lots of protein, complex carbs, and usually fruit juice. If I'm still hungry I wait an hour then mae myself a big decaf caffe latte, since milk is good for me & filling too. Usually if I do this I'm full at least until almost lunch time.
Then I don't usually eat full meals after that, I just try to have a medium sized healthy sanck whenever I feel like it, which is pretty often.
It will probably help you feel less hungry if you eat some protein of some carbs with most of your snacks, just make sure to drink water all the time and keep it up with the fruits & veggies!
Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!
PS: I've been eating this way since I was about 9 weeks, and I've only gained about 8 pounds so far, and the baby's doing great, everything is good according to my latests scan on Tuesday!
And hey, even if I do gain tons of weight, it's for a good cause!

I was ravenous at the beginning of my pregnancy. My midwife suggested eating six small meals a day. I would eat cereal, an egg, and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Then I would eat more fruit for my mid-morning snack. Lunch consisted of a salad and usually a piece of bread and cheese. Mid-day snack was usually some of the following: fruit, cheese, crackers, and a hershey kiss for my chocolate fix. Dinner was just a well-balanced meal. That usually kept me pretty sated and I am 30 weeks pregnant and have gained a healthy (but not too much) amount of weight.

Water may be the answer. Try drinking a nice size glass of water when you get the urge to eat, even add the ice cubes so you can chew on them after. Make sure you do snack some. They say it is better for a pregnant woman to eat smaller meals/snacks more often through the day. Best of luck with you and your new baby! Congrats!

I had the same problem..I was diagnosed with Gestational diabetes (not saying in any way that you have that...) but they put me on this diet and since I've been doing it, I feel great and I'm never hungry between meals...I drink tons of water...pretty much thats it and nothing else..except milk..but with this diet I have a set amount of carbs I can eat per so many hours...also- eat 3 meals a day with 1 snack between breakfast and lunch, 1 snack between lunch and dinner and then 1 snack before bed...I feel so much better...also- I read that foods high in carbs make you more hungry...so, you may try limiting your carb intake...

Eat lots of whole grains, oatmeal, rice, and drink more water with your meals. Also try not to eat salty or sweet junk foods, those never seem to fill me up. Eating small meals several times a day is good for you, but snacking constantly may screw up your blood sugar and metabolism. There are also exercises for pregnant women you can do that will not stress the baby so you can stay active.

Drink more water. In fact I even know a girl who drinks 30 oz of water before each meal/snack just so see if she's really hungary.
A lot of times dehydration will have the same symptoms as hungar. Chances ar, you're not dehydrated though. But, if you drink a good glass of water it may hold you hungar off, or help you get full faster.
Good Luck!

You will gain weight no matter what. Drink lots of water and snack on veggies and keep busy. Many people eat out of boredom.

Try eating things like watermelon - it is mostly water. When ou are eating, drink plenty of water as well. Snack on vegetables since they will fill but not put on the weight.
