Total Bummer!!!
Your young husband needs to see a good urologist for examination and treatment recommendations. It is incredibly rare to truly have what's called a "fractured penis". How did that happen? What was he or the two of you doing?
He can certainly try switching to Viagra for the erectile dysfunction problem. It works differently than Cialis, but many of the side effects are similar. To minimize the side effects, have him take very small doses of Viagra. If that doesn't give him an erection, then you need to try something "more exciting and stimulating" to see if you can't perk him up properly.
One final question....if he is unresponsive with Cialis, and if he is also possibly unresponsive to Viagra....are you certain that he is not gay? Many married men with ED problems are gay, especially someone "in his early 20's". Talk to him honestly and seriously. He may have a surprise for you.

He needs to find a Urologist...maybe he should try Viagra or Levitra.
You cannot fracture a penis there is not a bone. blood flows from the heart to the penis to cause the vessels to fill with blood which causes the erection.
You may only have to make one or two trips to the specialist to find out what you need to know. Go to the next city/town over. Sometimes you have to step outside area for help. I am sure that most major insurance plans will pay for this service and it should be just a copay. Some MD's will work out a payment plan for you if you can pay a good chunk up front.
He may also need to find ways to reduce stress. Has he had another injury that would be causing this as a side effect? Write down all your questions and concerns and make an appt. with a Urologist...
You don't want this affecting him too much longer...men have issues just like us and it is important to have those addressed. Men want to make you happy in bed just like anything else you do for each other. Make sure you tell him it will be OK and together you will work through this.

your husband needs to keep pursuing the reason why he is experiencing ED at such a young age. there are numerous reasons for the ED and why the Cialis is not working. he needs to be tested for each of the following:
diabetes, high/low blood pressure, and the follow of blood into and out of the penis.
likewise, if your husband is on any medications, other than cialis, have those meds checked by a pharmacist to see if there is a possible side effect of ED. Certain street drugs can also cause
ED.
your husband needs to see a urologist. he/she can prescribe other medications to try, as well as a penis pump, penile suppositores, and penile injections (all designed to help obtain and maintain a strong erection.
from experience, i know that you and your husband are in a difficult place right now. encourage him to not give up hope. a supportive wife makes a great difference in recovery from this ego deflating affliction.
please have him see a urologist ASAP. there is help available.
best of luck!

I think you are right to a point...If he is so drugged after his meds he either needs a lower dose, or a different medication. My son has PDD-NOS that includes ADHD. He has been on 3-4 different meds over the last 7 years for the ADHD component. He is on 4 meds currently...One for ADHD, one for tics, one to control his rages, and another to help him grow. A lot of men, my husband included, hate to think that their is a problem with their kids. My husband has to be constantly reminded that my son cannot learn by his dad's mistakes by osmosis...he HAS to be allowed to learn and grow at his own pace. It is great that my husband can connect and understand what my son is going through, but he cannot just expect my 12 year old to inherit the experience that he has had over 26 years time. You may want to ask your hubby to "give it a week or 2" at the dosage that the doctor lowered the meds to, just to see what happened. I did that with my hubby when I decided to combine doses of my son's meds to control his tics. they generally don't bug me, but they bug the snot out of hubby. In the end it worked well, and the doctor has since started writing the prescription the way I personally adjusted things. you might also want to ask the doctor about the daytrana patch. other than making his tics worse it worked pretty well for my son. It looks like a nicoderm patch. it goes on their hip in the morning and releases meds all day long. you take it off about 9 hours later, and it wears off in time for bed

Sorry, but he MUST see a doctor. How about going over to a neighboring town if you are so limited for doctors where you live? Only a doctor is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice.People on this site are not. Good luck.
