What would you say is the best value mobile phone with a good camera on it. Must have bluetooth?

I would like a phone that has a camera of at least 2 megapixals and a really good memory also the bluetooth is important as i love using bluetooth. At the moment i have a nokia 6230i and want to upgrade.

I'm very satisfied with my LG VX8100. They now make an 8300.

nokia 7610 is a very good one, get the one with the cream brown covers (the black and red one's not bad though) and for a 1megapixel, it's got a very good camera.
