People have to drive really fast in Baghdad to avoid kidnapping, so he was probably in court for a speeding ticket or something like that.

That SOB will be hanging by his neck soon for the crimes against humanity, then I hope they drag his rotting corpse through the streets of Baghdad. Everytime he spoke up in court I wish I could have been there to slug him in the mouth with a pair of brass knuckles so hard that he breathed his teeth down his figgin' throat.
