If your looking for inexpensive fabric valances, curtain, tab drapes, etc, then Wall Mart, Bed Bath and beyond, Linens and Things, Macys and Penny's. If you want something more ornate, or your looking to get custom made blinds and shades, then your best bet is a local window treatment store, or a local shop at home retailer. Look in your local yellow pages or go by the recommedations of friends, family and co workers for companies that they have dealt with and were satisfied with.

Try Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Joanne's, Linens and Things, Bed Bath & Beyond and a host of other stores. You might have to go into these stores rather than doing it on the internet. I know it's tedious but it might be your best bet. Better yet you can call these stores before you go there. Try some fabric stores too.

I was wondering, why do they call them "treatments" arn't they really something else. I would think you could find colored ropes in a fabric dept. at most any big store.
