I was walking around, and then I realized I could walk up the walls at which point the water on the ground that was dripping onto the ceiling shifted to normal in which the water dripped from the ceiling to the floor. I don't quite understand what it means, but it felt sort of like I should take a new perspective on things.

Walking up the walls = abnormal behavior, avoiding problems
water driping from floor to ceiling = unusal circumstance

You probably have experienced something that you didn't expect. Something unusal or unexpected that you feel bad or unease about. Having yourself projected as walking up to wall symbolizes the way you handle things. No, you don't have super power. You just want to avoid some difficulities; it also translates into evasion of responsibilities.

Subconsciously you feel things should be normal, but they are not the way you wanted, that is why in your dream, everything is abnormal and unusal. Another possibilty is about some behavior you may act likely that is unusal than other people. (for example, tongue piercing) However, I don't think that is the case.

Whatever that is, you should know better

I'm not trying to be funny but did you watch the movie "Dark Waters" recently?

sometimes I find that movies can subconsciously affect dreams - not just movies but daily events, speeches, activities; the such.

my dream book says that water has no single meaning in dreams, as it depends how it was seen or felt. Largely however, it should reflect (like how water 'reflects') your emotional state ; e.g. a flood could indicate you're in danger of being overwhelmed by the strength of your emotions.

I hope this helped!

Blue couldn't be more wrong! The psychiatric community almost unanimously agrees that dream interpretation offers us keen insights as to what the subconscience mind is trying to comvey to us. It is HOW the dreams are analuzed where there is argument.
I would say your dream is telling you that something in your life is awry; that perhaps there is no longer a structure or a routine that you used to follow. Maybe something has thrown a monkey wrench into your plans, and you are attempting to resolve it.
