I take it from your answer that you do not have the grades to get a scholarship. However there are other ways to get a scholarship besides grades oriented. Every year there are scholarships that go begging so you might goggle sites on scholarships and see if you qualify.
I put myself through college by working part time. By going to summer school and some night classes I was able to get through in 4.5 years. So if you don't qualify for scholarships, GET A JOB..

Scholarships aren't the only way to go, there are SO many ways to pay for college these days, start looking into student associations (a guidance counselor can help you with that) there are also grants which are great because unlike college loans you don't have to pay them back!! Check out your local library also there are many books out there on how to pay for college.
Best of luck to you and your future!

Girl, go to college!! Trust me you will regret it if you don't! You can get federal subsidzed and unsubsidized loans as well as financial aid. The loans can be paid over a loooonnng period of time and most loans you do not have to pay a cent while you are in school. If you study hard and look around you can get an (paid) internship over the summers and that will contribute to the funds you need in school. Make sure you work hard to score well on the ACT/SAT. Contact the schools you are interested in attending and ask about their financial aid. Also you will want to fill out your FAFSA asap! The sooner you fill it out, the more money you will have a chance to receive for free. You can fill it out online.

Also check with the college and career center at your school if you have one. Don't let anything hold you back, you can go to college!

I was in the same boat, but I'm in college now. I went to speak with the financial advisors at my college, and I was eligible for a lot of grant money. Chances are, you will be too. Community colleges are cheaper, and you get the same amount of grant money no matter if you go to a university or a two year college.

Once you're in school, a lot of new scholarship opportunities open up for you. Bottom line, go talk to the financial aid advisors. They are there to help you.
