Does anyone know who the author of bantransfat.com is. I know the founder, but is he also the author of the website? I know this is a stupid question, I am just new to this internet stuff. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The copyright notice uses the name of the organization-

© 2003-05 BanTransFats.com, Inc.

I would consider the organization to be the author unless otherwise specified if citing the website in a bibliography, etc.
