yes ofcourse, you have to give importance to love, but see to that it does not affect your career pursuing path. Probably when you are concentrating on ur job, you can devote relatively less time on romance. but still you should spend some time on that area also.
I guess you are making career, and not already working in a comfortable position and seeking for promotion. Because in the former case, you can afford to spend less time on love, but in the latter case you simply cannot and should not devote all of your time on job alone.
