I know a man doesn't really enjoy testicular check ups with the doctor, but this is indicated in your situation. You didn't specify the intervals between ejaculations, if it were longer than usual that could cause some discomfort. But, you could be dealing with an infection, an STD, or possibly even testicular cancer. Really, seek medical attention with a routine exam with your medical doctor.

And she didn't kiss it and make it all better?

hehe

Sounds like a night of rough play led to your problem. Give it 24 to 48 hours and see if it all goes away. If not head for yoru doctor and get everythign down there thoroughly checked out just in case the pain is a symptom of that which may need some treatment.

Did you ejaculate? If not that could be causing some of it. Or if you were moving around a lot you might have twisted something down there a little because if you really twisted a testicle you would be really swollen and bruised and would need help from a doctor really soon because if left untreated it could cause some damage in the fertility area.

If you got kicked there, or if you pulled a groin muscle, either could show as testicular pain. It should go away. If it hurts a lot, put an icepack on it.

If it continues for more than three days, see a doctor.

It generally happens when guys keep ejaculation stopping the act with the purpose to prolong it. Do you know the blue-balls disease?! Well it's a similar one and right the first step for it.
Next time try to don't retain the ejaculation or to dont ***** too long!

If the pain continues, see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not.

You can try some medicines yourself but consult a doctor first. (if your girlfriend didn't kicked you between.)
