My speech would be about how humbled I am and I now realize I wasn't representing the American people but my own self interests , it won't happen again . If anyone needs me I'll be at the ranch .

what would I be saying.... "I am not a crook" Oh wait that's what Nixon said.....
I can't put words in Bushes mouth but if I were him I would be looking for more bones to toss to the Dems so I can say I am working with them. Rummy was the first bone he gave. Having a "plan" to redirect the war effort might help.

here you want short. Is this short enuf for you.
" I'm the decider and I have decided to work with this congress to make America safer and greater than ever"
